Movie Story
Action is a Tamil-language action thriller starring Vishal as Colonel Subhash, an intelligence officer in the Indian Army. The plot kicks off when Subhash’s family gets entangled in a political assassination during a campaign, leading to the tragic death of his beloved Meera (Aishwarya Lekshmi) and the wrongful framing of his brother Saravanan for terrorism. Devastated by the loss and injustice, Subhash goes on an international chase from India to Istanbul to Lahore hunting down those responsible, including the dangerous assassin Kaira and the ultimate nemesis, international terrorist Syed Ibrahim Malik.
With support from his teammate Lt. Diya (Tamannaah Bhatia), comic-relief hacker Jack (Yogi Babu), and several undercover allies, Subhash uncovers a conspiracy that runs deep across borders and through government ranks.
