हम सबको समोसा, टिक्की, पकोड़ा, टिक्का ये सब चाहिए! दिक्कत बस इतनी कि गहरे तेल में तलने से फैट ज़्यादा और गैस्ट्रिक/अम्लता के चांस भी बढ़ते हैं। यहीं एयर फ्रायर आता है कम तेल में वही क्रिस्पी क्रंच और देसी तड़का। इस ब्लॉग में जानेंगे समस्या क्या है, आसान हल क्या है, 4 दमदार उदाहरण, और वे एडवांस टिप्स जिनसे स्वाद और टेक्सचर दोनों लेवल-अप हो जाएँ।

स्टेप्स: सब मिलाकर 30–60 मिनट मेरिनेट। स्क्यूअर करें।
एयर फ्रायर: 190°C, 8–10 मिनट, बीच में ब्रश/स्प्रिट्ज।

3) आलू टिक्की चाट (एयर-फ्रायर टिक्की)

इंग्रीडिएंट्स: उबला आलू 4, ब्रेडक्रंब/भुना सूजी ½ कप, हरी मिर्च, धनिया, नमक, चाट मसाला।
स्टेप्स: टिक्की बनाकर क्रंब में रोल, हल्का स्प्रिट्ज।
एयर फ्रायर: 200°C, 10–12 मिनट, बीच में पलटें।

4) तंदूरी चिकन विंग्स (वेज़ ऑप्शन: गोभी/मशरूम)

मेरिनेड: दही ½ कप, लाल मिर्च, हल्दी, धनिया, जीरा, नमक, नींबू, अदरक-लहसुन, 1 चम्मच तेल।
स्टेप्स: 2–4 घंटे मेरिनेट।
एयर फ्रायर: 190°C, 16–18 मिनट (आकार पर निर्भर); आंतरिक ताप 74°C तक।
टिप: अंत में 2–3 मिनट हाई-हीट फिनिश से तंदूरी चार्ड नोट्स आते हैं।
